When their colour changed to greenish-yellow, the transformation began, so after hand-picking, the master distiller of great expertise supervised the process.

Mash making
Using a destemmer, the unique juice made from selected bunches of round grapes has gained a new soul so that the birth of Pálinka could begin in the fermentor casks, under continuous supervision.

Distillation
After the controlled fermentation, during the most spectacular process, the master distiller separated the essence of the fruit from the excess in the gentlest way, so the natural aromas remained intact during the transformation.

This is how Irsai Olivér of Cserkeszőlő was born from the interweaving of Hungarianicum stemming from the two roots. (“Hungaricum” is a national trademark awarded to unique Hungarian products.) Grape brandy aka Szőlőpálinka. Crowning the accurate and careful work, it deserved a clean-cut, dignified packaging that faithfully reflects its inner values.
