Even though a drought hit this year, the vintage produced surprisingly bountiful clusters on the vines of the currently 10-year-old Irsai Olivér plantation. The grapes provide the intense, characteristic muscat, propolis aroma and taste of Irsai Olivér grapes, which can be enjoyed in every drop of the 44% distillate proudly bearing the name Irsai Olivér Pálinka for the first time this year.
